A CMF/DNR partnership aimed at expanding access to healthy indoor and outdoor recreation opportunities and advancing transformative change for many of Michigan’s historically under-resourced and underrepresented communities.
The Council of Michigan Foundations (CMF) is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified organizations and firms to conduct an evaluation of the Spark Grant Program, a partnership between CMF and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) designed to expand access to healthy indoor and outdoor recreation projects in underserved and under-resourced communities.
