Biography
Olivia Henry Harris has a decade of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic fields. She earned a B.S. in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University and an Applied Project Management Certification from the University of California Irvine. Olivia is also a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).
Olivia has worked with youth to executive leadership. Specifically, she has worked statewide through the Council of Michigan Foundations and Michigan State University Center For Regional Food Systems, providing technical assistance, facilitation, program & project management, shared gifting, and grants management. More specifically, in her hometown of Detroit, she has worked with the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, providing strategic planning, resource creation, and event planning for their Youth Advisory Council, Detroit Food Policy Council as project analyst and project manager for regranting projects and the Workforce Partnership Initiative (WPI) overseen by local foundations.
