As the CFOO I work across the organization to provide leadership and support for the financial and operational activities of CMF. This includes such things as financial reporting, cash and investment management, talent development, membership engagement strategy and monitoring of compliance and legal matters.
What do you enjoy the most about your work?
The opportunity to learn and collaborate on a variety of topics with a broad group of individuals is part of my regular workday.
What are the causes you’re most passionate about?
Youth Leadership Development - Since being a leader when my sons were in scouts over 20 years ago, I continue to see the importance of providing youth with leadership opportunities. I have served on the Scouts BSA, Michigan Crossroad Council, as a board member for the last eight years.
What inspires, challenges or motivates you?
I am a believer in lifetime learning. I am always looking to learn about the ever-changing world around me and in having new experiences.
What do you love about Michigan?
The outdoors, abundance of trails and the change of seasons.
