Describe what you do in your role.

In my role, I lead the development and implementation of CMF’s Learning Service programs and other member services. This means I spend my days bringing our community together, researching new ways to meet their education needs, testing ideas to support collaboration and identifying new trends and resources for the field.

What do you enjoy the most about your work?

I am always learning something new about the amazing work of Michigan philanthropy – it is such a joy to work with impact-driven organizations every day.

What are the causes you’re most passionate about?

Supporting emerging leaders and building inclusive, equitable communities across Michigan.

What inspires, challenges or motivates you?

I am inspired (and challenged) by individuals who think outside the box. We have so many inspiring leaders in our community who ask thoughtful questions and bring new ideas to the table.

What do you love about Michigan?

There are so many great places to explore, new foods (and drinks!) to try and kind people to meet.
