Lisa’s work history includes a broad range of management and leadership assignments focused on performance. Twice she has served as CEO; with a trade association and a foundation. She has managed complex change initiatives, and served as a strategic planner, coach, facilitator and trusted advisor for 25 years.
Lisa’s education doctorate includes specialties in management and policy. She holds a Masters of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. As a Kellogg Leadership Fellow, she worked in Central America, Europe and Asia in microenterprise.
She authored a renown text on logic models used by Harvard University, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Bank and Packard Foundations. Lisa speaks Spanish and is adjunct university faculty with Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and Grand Valley State University.
Lisa champions learning. She is managing principal for Wyatt Advisors, a resource for effective people and organizations.
