In addition to her role as an EIR, Jen also works with philanthropy as a consultant for Frontline Solutions and is the co-founder of the Michigan Transformation Collective. Jen was named CMF’s inaugural Innovations for Equity Philanthropy Award in 2023 for her and her colleagues’ work with the Kalamazoo’s Blueprint for Peace, during their tenure with the Kalamazoo Community Foundation and the Kalamazoo Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT) team.
Jen brings over 20 years of experience in working with philanthropy, education and youth development and is an expert facilitator, thought partner and coach who brings a deep commitment to equity-focused leadership.
