With a rich background, including executive roles in starting three thriving talent management firms and more than two decades of consulting on behaviors in the workplace, Nancy is a subject matter expert in talent management strategies and human behavior and skillful in advising and supporting senior executives as they navigate the selection process and accelerate employee and team performance.
