DNR Spark Grants Program Partnership

Technical Assistance Services RFQ Information

CMF is seeking qualified organizations to provide equity-focused technical assistance (TA) services to the 39 opportunity communities eligible for grant funding under the CMF DNR Spark Grants partnership. Selected contractors will work in partnership with local community foundations to provide TA based on needs identified by the referenced communities. Contractors should be available to work on multiple projects. For complete solicitation details, carefully view the documents provided in the links below. 

To ensure your bid is successfully placed, submit your proposal and all attachments electronically via this form. File names should be in the following format: YYYYMMDD_FirmName_DocumentType.pdf. Bidders' failure to submit a proposal as required may result in disqualification.

Bids will be accepted on an ongoing basis until December 31, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. EST. 

For contractors that are already pre-qualified.  An RFP to provide TA service process has opened on November 27, 2023, that will close on December 15, 2023. If you have not been pre-qualified and would like to participate in this RFP process submit your RFQ information as soon as possible as noted above.
