Andrea Cole, executive director and CEO, Ethel & James Flinn Foundation
Andrea Cole is the executive director and CEO of the Detroit based Ethel & James Flinn Foundation and is responsible for management and oversight of all grantmaking, financial, administrative and governance activities. She provides strategic planning, leadership and vision necessary to foster the growth and recognition of the Foundation as Michigan’s philanthropic leader in the mental health field. She is a Council of Michigan Foundations (CMF) board member. Andrea serves as treasurer of the CMF Board and sits on the Executive Committee. She is the past Co-chair of the Michigan Forum for African American Philanthropy (MFAAP) whose mission is to develop a pipeline of diverse leaders and advocate for resources into communities of color. She is also a member of the National Black MBA Association, Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Black Foundation Executives and Women in Philanthropy.
Jodee Fishman Raines, vice president of programs, Fred A. and Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation
Jodee has been the vice president of programs at the Fred A. and Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation since its creation in 2008. Prior positions include executive director of The Jewish Fund, program officer at The Skillman Foundation, and associate attorney at Bodman LLP. Jodee was recognized in 2007 by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of metro Detroit’s Most Influential Women. She currently serves on the boards of the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue and Palmer Woods Association.
