Phil Purcell is Vice-President for Planned Giving and Endowment Stewardship at the Ball State University Foundation. Phil is an attorney and member of the American and Indiana State Bar Associations. Phil also serves as a volunteer on the Tax Exempt Organization Advisory Council for the Internal Revenue Service. Phil has served as a member of the board of directors for the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, Association of Fundraising Professionals Indiana Chapter, and the Central Indiana Land Trust Advisory Board.
