The Community Foundation works to foster a thriving community exemplified by opportunities for all. To achieve this outcome, the organization connects people, passion and resources. With their partners, the Community Foundation uses the tools of philanthropy to find solutions to pressing issues. The Community Foundation provides grants to support the work of nonprofits, scholarships to local students and other forms of support to communities working to eliminate barriers to opportunity, prosperity and belonging. The salary range for this position annually is between $235,000 and $265,000 and will be commensurable with experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, group life insurance, a 403(B) plan, long and short term disability and EAP benefits program. The Community Foundation observes nine paid holidays and two floating holidays each year and offers Paid Time Off as well as Sick Leave.
