How do I register other people?

To register additional staff for an event, select "Other Contact" during the checkout process and choose the staff member(s).

The staff member I want to register is not listed, how do I add them?

If a staff member is not listed, please have that member create a website account prior to registering.  Once added, they will be available to choose during checkout.

I'm a CMF member, why don't I see member prices?

Please check to see if you are signed in. [login] Did you just register for an account, if so, our system attempts to automatically connect you to your member benefits, but there are times it could take up to 1 business day for this to be reflected. Please call or email of you have questions.

Is your checkout system secure?

Yes, our checkout system is secure, the site is protected with SSL and payments are processed by Authorize.net.  

Do you store my credit card information?

Credit card transactions are encrypted and transmitted to autorize.net while being processed and credit card numbers are never stored or kept within our website.

Why was my credit card declined?

Please make sure the Billing Information is correct for the credit card you are using.  You can edit the billing information if needed, before you continue to the next step.
