Deb Palms is responsible for meeting the specialized needs of current and potential CMF member family foundations and donor advised funds by managing and implementing programs and services such as the summer retreat, family philanthropy track at annual conference, regional and affinity group meetings.  She develops sample documents and tools specifically designed for family philanthropists and will provide or arrange technical assistance for family foundations.  Deb also assists individuals and families in the establishment of a family foundation or donor advised fund.
