The recent Supreme Court decision to uphold the Constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) will affect citizens, employees in the healthcare sector, nonprofits and funders. However, there are many uncertainties surrounding the implications of the law, such as; who is eligible to be insured, what the insurance industry and Healthcare Exchange will look like, and what will this new law mean for healthcare costs?
Please join us for a conversation with Mr. Kirk Roy, Vice President of National Health Reform for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, as he provides an overview of the ACA and the future of our healthcare system and answers your questions on the new law.
Mr. Roy is responsible for managing and monitoring process and execution of implementation of new compliance requirements, as well as tactical and strategic reform imperatives. This requires organizing resources to make those future states happen, as well as engaging stakeholders with information and insights on reform implications.

Kirk Roy, Vice President of National Health Reform, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
