Join CMF corporate members and the Business Contributions Council (BCC) for our bi-monthly networking luncheon to discuss the Michigan's Shared Public Services Initiative.

In these challenging economic times, many of our corporate members are stretching their philanthropic dollars and engaging in shared services within the private sector. But how are our communities and public sector utilizing their shared resources and what is the impact on corporate philanthropy? Join Dan Gilmartin president of the Michigan Municipal League and Arnold Weinfeld, president of the Michigan Municipal League Foundation, in a candid discussion of the Michigan's Shared Public Services Initiative. This program is designed to help communities purchase or utilize shared services that will save money, and protect needed public core services.

Michigan's Shared Public Services Initiative is a collaborative framework wherein local governments and school districts can access needed resources to develop and implement shared public services. The opportunities for private/public partnerships have the potential to stretch all of our limited resources more effectively so please join us as we share lessons learned and also strategize on how to promote more efficient delivery of services to the public sector.
